What to
expect.
At PASH, our staff and volunteers are here to help and support you throughout the event. They’re available to assist with any questions or needs you may have, but their goal is also to encourage independence when it comes to making connections. We want you to feel empowered to interact and engage with others on your own terms.
We ensure a safe and welcoming environment, with all our events held at accessible venues. We are mindful of factors such as noise levels and music, ensuring they’re at a comfortable volume for everyone.
We understand that meeting new people can be daunting, so our staff and volunteers are here to help make things as smooth as possible. To assist with conversations, we provide conversation starters to help you ask questions and keep things flowing. We also create an environment where you can feel comfortable taking your time and making connections at your own pace. Our goal is to create a relaxed and supportive atmosphere, so you can connect with others comfortably.
What we expect from you.
At PASH, we expect respect from everyone. This includes respect for our staff, volunteers, and most importantly, for all attendees. We want everyone to feel safe and comfortable at our events, so if you encounter someone who is being disrespectful, stalking, or harassing you, please let us know immediately. For those who do not treat others with kindness or engage in harmful behaviour, we will ask them not to return to our events.
We are committed to creating a space where meaningful connections can be made, and we work hard to ensure our events are as safe as possible. We ask that you treat everyone equal, show kindness and be patient when needed.
Reminders.
Please make sure that you arrive at the time that we have advertised. Some venues will only allow us to come 30mins before the event to set up.
Our social nights are a great way to make new friends and romantic connections. We can’t guarantee that there will be equal numbers of people there, but we can guarantee that it will be a good time!
We also have a lot of questions around Speed Dating. We would love to be able to do it more often, but unfortunately we don’t sell enough female tickets to do this. When we do, you’ll be the first to know!
