Frequently Asked Questions.

  • You are more than welcome to bring a support worker or family member to any of our events, however we just ask that once you feel comfortable, they sit in the area that we have designated for support people. This helps give you the space to interact and make connections with others at the event. We have a team of staff and volunteers to help support you throughout the night if you need some support with conversation making. Please note: support workers do not require a ticket to attend events.

  • With the recent change in NDIS legislation, we have decided to no longer accept NDIS funding for any of our events. We make a continued effort to ensure that our ticket sales are kept as low as possible, all whilst covering food, drinks and venue hire for the night. If you would like a receipt for any ticket that you purchase, we are more than happy to provide one, just send us an email at: events@pashconnections.com

  • We ask that all tickets are purchased online through our humanitix site. This ensures that we have everyone’s details, dietary requirements, accessibility requirements, emergency contact information and a signed waiver for all attendees.

  • All drinks that are served at our events are soft drinks. All of our events are usually at a licensed venue and so you are more than welcome to purchase an alcoholic drink yourself if you would like one.

  • Yes! Please make sure you complete details for any dietary requirements when you purchase a ticket so we can cater for you. All of our venues offer dietary and allergy options.

  • The ticket price helps cover venue hire and drinks, so we kindly ask that everyone attending any of our events purchases a ticket. If you have any dietary requirements or concerns, we’re more than happy to work with you to accommodate your needs!

  • This means that we have yet to decide on a venue. This is often the case for locations where we are new to or still growing. We want to be able to choose a venue according to accessibility requirements, dietary requirements and the number of people attending. We will always be sure to send an email out with the details 1 day prior to the event.

  • We currently only offer female tickets for speed dating online, as we have a large waitlist for males. In the past, we've had difficulty selling female tickets, so we want to ensure a balanced number of both males and females at our events.   • We require 48hrs notice for a refund to be given. If you require a refund more than 48hrs before the event, please send us an email at: events@pashconnections.com
    Please note that Humanitix may take up to 10 business days for a refund to be processed.

  • All photos that we take at our events are used as promotional material. Usually on social media or sometimes on flyers and on our website. If you don’t want to be included in photos, you can opt out when you purchase a ticket for the event.
